There is so much power behind not only our thoughts but our words. I have started to look at certain phrases that roll off of our tongue differently and have really started being particular about what I speak and think.

A genuine heart felt conversation between friends that moves through a conversation about doing what you want to do even if others are trying to tear you down and more.

A continuation - not a reset. I’m building off where I left, growing louder, clearer, and more honest. You’ll hear what grinds my gears, what it really takes to run a business, and the unexpected wisdom my clients bring into my life.

I’m also sharing pieces for my personal journal over the last year, the thoughts, shifts and lessons that shaped me.

The hard parts done now it’s time to appreciate it. Talk about it and grow from it. This is for the ones who know they’re evolving - and aren’t to afraid to say it out loud.
