It’s been known by many names, Tecumseh’s Curse, the Curse of Tippecanoe, the Zero-Year Curse, the Twenty-Year Curse. No matter what you call it, the legend remains. This legend tells that every president elected in a year ending in zero – from William Henry Harrison to John F. Kennedy was destined to die in bizarre, untimely and often tragic ways. Join Nathan and Aimee as they climb back into the curse-mobile to discuss toxic masculinity, Australian Prime Minister fitness routines and determine once and for all whether or not Tecumseh’s curse is just a coincidence. Timur (aka Tamerlane) was renowned as a military tactician whose warfare killed some 17 million people. Fast forward 400 years, when Joseph Stalin commissioned a team to exhume Timur’s body and bring it back to the Soviet Union. Just two days after the opening of the Timur’s tomb, Nazi Germany invaded the Soviet Union. Coincidence? Some say the exhumation set in motion a prophecy that would change the course of history.     The Lee Family Curse is the legend of an ancient Chinese curse some believe was responsible for the untimely deaths of Brandon Lee and his infamous father, martial arts legend Bruce Lee.  It has been said that Bruce’s family were deeply superstitious, and believed an evil spirit was following them and targeting their children. Join us as we discuss nepo babies, fortune cookies and dank pits, while trying to figure out if Bruce and Brandon were really cursed, or if it was all just a coincidence.

    In 1993, Paramount Pictures began production on adapting a little known graphic novel to the big screen. Although The Crow would go on to become a box office hit and a 90s cult classic, the production seemed cursed before the first camera ever rolled. Monumental storms, amputated ears, and the tragic loss of the son of the greatest martial artist of all time. 

    Join Aimee & Nathan as they don their sad clown makeup and decide whether The Crow is cursed, or just a coincidence…..or do they?
