  • CW 06 - Would Civil War 2.0 Be The End Of America?
    Jul 22 2020

Does America have a role that's found in biblical prophecy?  Aside from having already experienced one civil war, would another civil war be so disastrous as to be the end of America as we know it?  What would such an event signify within general end times prophecy?  We'll explore the role that the advent of America has played within the history of the world.

By doing that, maybe we can better understand what another civil war might mean for the trajectory that the rest of the world is on as well.  This episode takes a peak at some scripture and concepts found within the Book of Revelation in particular.  Whether Christian or not, there should be a sense of mutual desire amongst liberals and conservatives as tensions continue to escalate beyond repair between camps.  We should all wish to prevent another civil war from not only destroying the US; we should wish to prevent bringing about the end of the world itself.

  • CW 05 - Alternate History: What If the North Had Allowed the South to Secede?
    Jul 15 2020

Today's race relations are deteriorating at an alarming rate.  Politics in America are at a crossroads as effective government is becoming impossible.  Much like in 1860, today feels more like the time leading up into the civil war than any other time in our history.  Can peaceful means of secession still be achieved today in time before the country descends into chaos as it once did?  Alternate history allows us to ask "what if?" questions like: what would America look like today if there had been no civil war, and a peaceful secession had been allowed instead?

In this episode we explore this "what if" question in a case of alternate history.  Seeing as how slavery was indeed NOT the central reason for war, we can ponder if or when slavery might've become abolished or phased out in the Confederacy.  With that, we can imagine how less tensions might've ironically allowed for an even more unified America today than what we currently have.  We can then apply this idea to current secession movements and gauge how well such a move may or may not go.

  • CW 04 - What Will Be The Legacy Of Western Civilization?
    Jul 8 2020

As America continues to be wrestled over by two different concepts of it, we must ponder as to what Western Civilization even is.  Is it really worth preserving to any degree in which might not allow for some of its more "politically incorrect" aspects to continue to be accepted?  Why do people in the West (and especially in the US) defend it?

In this episode, we'll go back in time and examine the journey and progenitors that gave rise to Western Civilization.  We'll also highlight some of the hiccups that were experienced along the way, as well as examine America's role in the story.  Can the post-Western Civ. world be prevented, allowing for perhaps two different legacies to continue their paths separately and in peace?
