    Just a regular day at the office. Today Liam gets one of the lads to intro the pod to see what happens and they go from there. It's nice for others to take part. The guys then go through what is actualy a jam packed running order for the day. They take us through their lives at the moment, their training and how they are. Then they chat through some new topics, such as; High thoughts, would you rather, conspiracy theories and more. As always listen and laugh along to the weird and wonderful minds of Kevin,Eva & Liam.

    Soooo... We're actually back on the pod, for real this time! Liam and Kevin have finally come back together to give out episode no. 30 and to be honest, who'd have thought we would've stuck with it this long [not us]. We've managed to wrangle (she actually approached us) in an intern/new pod member and shes actually a past guest, just permanently subbed into the starting line up fromt here on out. on this installment, we bring together our new plan on how the pod will be run, with some new topics, that have a wide variety. These topics can and will range on anything from 'would you rather' to 'high thoughts' and end up on anything down the lines of useless 5 minute hacks and 'how to waste your time effectivly'. So as always, listen and laugh along to what is now a Comic Jocks threesome of fun and laughs.

    The long awaited return... Kev comes back to the gym. He seems quite excited so hopefully he follows through. Liam has some exciting news that Kevin tells in the very first second. This episode reveals alot and liam and kev have a good time calling eachother out on every day life and liam has a real go at kev returning to the gym. They have a great time with their new favourite section to the pod... Under the bus, as always theres an Aine call out and we dont hold back as the episode goes on.     Today's episode we've had to catch up on the last 2 weeks as both Liam and Kevin have either been injured or sick. Listen along as the two guys mention their friend about doing sea swims and some of the basic benefits they've noticed from doing the swims too. Liam chats about whats happening with his work life and announces that hes back doin in Person Personal Training. He also makes kevin promise to getting back to the gym and start with a basic training plan, hoping that easing his lazy ass back to it that he'll actually stick with the plan this time. The boys mention their headspace since theres been some ups and downs over the last couple of weeks and how they feel about getting back to life properly in the coming weeks also. Lastly, to what they normally say is their most fun section of the epidoes was quite short today but they still got it in... The 'Under the Bis' section. is quick thuis week as the 2 guys have been bed or house ridden the last while... But as alsways, listen and laugh along to the guys weird and wonderful minds as the episode unfolds into is normal level of chaos.

Now its just a little cry and nothing proper now so don't get any ideas of us. Liam takes us through his shit week and then Kevin takes over from there too and they somehow have a great laugh even through the shitness.     We've done it, we've finally found another guest to pop on. Everyone, meet Evie. Today's guest is a work mate of Liam's, but is an absolute character in her own right. Eva would have no problem in calling out the two lads on their shit and keeping them in line. We said last week that we were going to keep it a little more PG, but that went straight out the window as Kev says the 'W' word within the first 8 minutes. With the help of Evie, the two guys create a new section, ''Under The Bus'' where we have no issue in calling out any RATS that have been at us during the week gone. As always lads, listen and laugh along to the CARNAGE of this episode as the three podcasters chat us through their weird and wonderful minds. We also decide that everyone should have Go/Run Away Bag incase they shit themselves...

    No explaining needed on this one, apart the fact that our favourite listener gifted us a New speaker to record on. We drove through a pretty comprehensive episode here and lets be honest, our minds were only on one thing throughout this episode... our manhoods hahahah. We chat through our week last week and how we got through it witrh our food and our lives (for once we didn't actully chat through much training)> As the episdoe moves on, touch on our mental health a bit. We don't go into major detail, however we do give one of Liam's little saying that get him through a depressing time of year in Ireland. We also find oiut a big reason as to why Kevin could be tapped in the head a little bit. As always, listen and laugh along to our madness, and as per usual... Enjoy!
