God is the God of suddenly. You'll have an entire era where literally nothing looks like it's happening — you're still water, the surface shows nothing — and then all of a sudden, everything starts moving. Whenever it looks like something isn't happening, everything is happening. You can't rely on outside evidence to give you faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. The substance of the ocean isn't the surface of the ocean. The surface is just the top of it. Your due season is a window of opportunity for whatever has been growing and brewing in the spirit to find expression in the natural. It won't come when you want it, it won't come before you need it, it won't come after you thought you should have had it — it will come in its due season. So don't let your heart be troubled.
