Prosecutors say surveillance video, cellphone data, and witness testimony show she helped plan the killing and drove the shooter away. Her attorneys argue she didn’t know a gun was involved. The judge ruled there’s enough evidence to consider trying her as an adult, but a final decision is still pending.
