    EPISODE 100 WOOOOOOH!!! Literally cannot believe it. This week Raven and Campbell recap their Boozicals NYC weekend trip, Pirates! A Penzance Musical on Broadway, Season 2 highs and even highers, and together they discuss plans for Season 3. We will be back sometime in the fall. Stay tuned ;)

    Campbell’s Craving Recipe:

    - 4 oz cooled tea

    - 1 oz rum, spiced or gold

    - ¾ oz simple syrup (went with a black pepper and earl grey syrup this time)

    - 1 dash aromatic bitters

    - absinthe to coat glass, not optional

    - lemon slice garnish

    Combine ingredients in a chilled tumbler with ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with lemon slice.

    Pas de Deux Recipe:

    - 1 oz gin

    - 1 oz Chambord (or black raspberry liqueur)

    - 0.5 oz sweet vermouth

    - 0.5 oz lemon juice

    Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake or stir (dealer’s choice) and strain into a chilled martini glass.

    The Oom-Pah-Pah Recipe:

    - 1.5 oz gin

    - 0.75 oz orange liqueur

    - 0.5 oz aperitif

    - 1-2 tsp activated charcoal

    - orange bitters

    Combine ingredients in a tumblr with ice. Stir to combine and top with bitters.

    Voice dubbing. When does it work? When does it not? This week Raven and Campbell discuss classic literature, how to make alcoholic gruel, and musical orphans in the first act of the 1968 musical film Oliver!

    Oliver’s Twist Recipe:

    - 2 oz gin

    - 1 oz fresh lemon juice

    - ¾ oz earl grey, black pepper syrup*

    - ¾ oz orange liqueur

    Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

    *Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup of water to a boil. Add ~8 tsp earl grey leaves and ~1 tsp ground black pepper. Steep for at least 10 minutes and let cool before storing in the fridge.
