    Me!

I am an audio engineer with over 15 years recording music and over 5 years producing podcasts. Some of the subject matter covered has been everything from social justice to movies to nostalgia to music. I have conducted hundreds of interviews, done dozens of deep dive research projects, and worked with many individuals from all over the world to create quality content.

Having worked in restaurants for over 15 years, I have done everything from dishwashing to head chef to operations manager, and can also discuss all aspects of food, both from a logistics viewpoint to a consumer and so on.

Besides my areas of expertise, I love movies, hip hop music, and dissecting things with nuance and utilizing my schooling in psychology to get to a core concept.

  • Book 101 Review, in its fifth season, features Carly Pepin CEOs and business owners as my guest.

    Carly Pepin

    Human Behavior Specialist

CEOs and business owners come to me when they’re ready to scale their companies, overcome burnout, and reconnect with the vision that originally inspired them.

For 15yrs I've been helping leaders break through growth barriers, align their teams, and increase their company’s valuation—while ensuring they don’t lose themselves in the process. By combining proven business frameworks with deep human behavior insights, I guide individuals to unlock the clarity and momentum needed to lead their organizations with confidence and purpose.

I show leaders why they’ve encountered specific challenges in their business—whether it’s plateaued growth, team misalignment, or decision fatigue—and how to transform these obstacles into leverage points for success. Scaling a company isn’t just about structure and execution; it’s about mental resilience, strategic clarity, and ensuring your business fuels your life, rather than drains it.

When leaders ask the right questions, they don’t just get unstuck—they tap into a state of inspiration where decisions become clear, actions become natural, and their business begins to work for them instead of the other way around.

I’m here to help leaders scale smarter, lead more effectively, and create a business that aligns with your long-term vision—one that’s not just profitable, but deeply fulfilling.

When I’m not working with leaders, you’ll find me exploring new business strategies, studying human behavior, practicing yoga, traveling, and enjoying time with my family.

Divine Turbulence: Navigating the Amorphous Winds of Life

In Divine Turbulence, little six-year-old Gary loses his mother and stepfather to murder-suicide on a U.S. Army base in Germany. Shipped back to the States, he’s launched from the frying pan into a fiery den of torture, abuse, and enslavement.

Can Gary, a victim of unthinkable evil, become better instead of bitter? The answer places the rising artist and sculptor on a miraculous quest to fulfill Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankl's dream with a symbol of responsibility at a time when the world seems to need it most.

Gary Lee Price’s memoir proves that even amid tragedy and terror, choices upon choices shape our destinies. A greater call resides within each of us. The only question . . . will we answer it?

Written with New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling author Bridget Cook-Burch, this unforgettable story reveals how remarkably the past shapes the present but does not have to dictate the future of any life . . . or that of the planet.

From startup to scale-up: Coaching finance pros to build thriving businesses with AI tools

I've grown my sales dramatically. When I first started in the industry I inherited a 2million dollar territory and 2 clients, in the span of a couple years I transformed that into a 105 million dollar territory and 275 clients. After some distribution changes within the company, I opted to go off on my own to work with financial advisors on coaching them on how to work with their clients.

Sales is an art and a science; one part personality and two parts strategy. A good business plan is knowing who to target, why you're worth their time, how you plan to go to market, and what obstacles will you face. Not only do I bring value to my clients in B2B sales by teaching them insights like this, but I have leveraged this in my own life to achieve sustainable scalable results.

Public Speaker, Pilot, Adventurer- Dare to be curious

I’m Danielle Allen—pilot, public speaker, and adventurer—and I’ve built my life around one question:

What would happen if we followed our curiosities all the way through?

That question has taken me from teaching English in Palestine… to responding to burning buildings as a firefighter-paramedic… to flying aircraft cross-country… to now helping build the future of energy as a nuclear engineering student and podcast host.

My path isn’t traditional—but it’s intentional. I believe we can design our lives with the same boldness we use to design rockets, reactors, or rescue systems. And I share my story to help others realize that reinvention is not only possible, but necessary for progress.

I currently host Naked Nuclear, a podcast demystifying nuclear energy for everyday listeners—from students and policy makers to pilots and entrepreneurs. But my guest appearances are about more than just fission and physics—they’re about what it takes to change careers midstream, how to face fear with curiosity, and what I’ve learned from walking (and flying) the edges of risk, science, and self-development.
