  • Body Type Hype Podcast Episode #1 - Host and Fellow One Research lead scientific researcher Marc Nelson (Gen X) and co-host Turbo Ryer (Gen Z) discuss Turbo's The Four Body Types' Scientific Body Type Quiz results which identify him as a Body Type One (BT1). His science-based diet, exercise, lifestyle, and metabolism scores are clarified as well as his genetically influenced skinny fat and fat tendencies relative to vertebrae and muscles/muscle mass development. Past history with obesity and weight gain along with any diagnosed hormone issues, structural issues (scoliosis, Poland's syndrome, etc.), and the like round things out. 

    The conversation then shifted to a discussion on the most attractive female body type. Looking at the celebrity body types on the fellowone.com website, particularly Lizzo, who is a Body Type Four (BT4), and Gig Hadid, who is a Body Type One (BT1), both hosts offered their opinion on the matter. The show concluded in agreement that a poll, or polls, need to be administered to gather more scientific data on this profound, controversial subject matter.
