  • Automation works when you get clear on what’s real, what’s used, and what’s necessary
    Jul 9 2025

Overhauling your systems might feel like progress, but without clarity, it’s a fast track to chaos. Scattered data, unclear processes, and tool sprawl don’t just slow you down. They quietly sabotage your ability to scale. Most automation projects fail not because the tools are broken, but because the business underneath isn’t ready.

This episode is about what happens when you are ready. When your team shares a common playbook. When systems reflect how the work actually gets done. When automation becomes a natural extension of your operations, not a risky add-on. I’ll show you how to get there, and why the teams who do are not just more efficient. They are more adaptable, more confident, and built to scale.

  • How to design an AI team that delivers, starting with tasks and not job titles
    Jun 25 2025

If you want AI to actually move the needle in your business, stop thinking in job titles and start thinking in tasks. In this episode, I share how breaking down your workflow into clear, actionable steps is the key to building an AI team that works. You’ll learn how to identify your three business hubs—communications, project management, and data—and why your “source of truth” matters more than any single tool.

I’ll cover how to turn high-friction, repetitive work into automations you can actually trust, why living SOPs are essential, and how to avoid locking yourself into the wrong tech stack. If you’re ready to build an AI-powered team that’s practical, flexible, and easy to update, this is your blueprint.

  • If 2023 Was for Prompts, 2025 Is for Agents
    May 14 2025

Thinking about AI like a teammate might sound like a leap, but it’s already happening. In this episode, I unpack why 2025 isn’t the year of AI trends. It’s the year you stop treating tech like a tool and start hiring it like a team member.

We walk through what makes an AI agent different from a bot or a chatbot. These aren’t systems you prompt—they’re systems that make decisions and take action based on your business rules. I break down how I’m using ChatGPT and Google’s agent-to-agent model to build workflows that don’t just spit out text—they run processes.

You’ll hear my take on onboarding agents like hires, not hacks. And if you’ve been treating AI like a shortcut instead of a strategy, this episode might reframe how you lead.

  • Pivoting, lessons learned and how I’m reclaiming my time with AI
    Jan 31 2025

The holidays are supposed to be a time to slow down, but I spent mine cleaning up my automation debt.

For most of the year, I had been building just-in-time automations—solving problems as they popped up. While this saved time in the short term, it also created a patchwork of disconnected systems that were hard to tweak, manage, and scale.

So, I took a step back. Instead of continuing to pile on quick fixes, I rebuilt my workflows with intentionality, ensuring the systems I rely on daily actually work for me long-term.

In this episode, I break down:

    - How Relay, Reclaim AI, and Todoist now work together to manage my time.

    - Why automating everything on the fly isn’t always the best move.

    - How I cleaned up my inbox, billing, and task management workflows.

If you feel like your systems are running you or aren't running at all, this episode is for you.
