Ce poème, tiré d’un ouvrage publié par l'Agence Mamu Innu Kaikusseht (AMIK) sur les espèces en péril, nous rappelle que protéger les baleines, ce n’est pas seulement une affaire de conservation.

C’est un geste de mémoire, un acte de lien, un devoir envers celles qui nous montrent le chemin.

🐋 Chez les Innus, les baleines ne sont pas des données à surveiller.
Elles sont parentes. Guides. Porteuses de voix anciennes.
Elles nous relient à la Terre comme les mères nous relient à la vie.
