    This little advanced planning technique could see you get a lot out of your year in ALL areas of your life. By using the year periodisation method you are able to zoom out and plan around lifes key moments, but importantly create powerful intentions and processes for the natural chunks your life will have - which we can call the seasons of our year.

    I've recently put this process back into my life planning as I got caught out in the back end of 2024 with not doing this and getting a bit lost and overwhelmed. Now I'm back on track.
