In this episode, Dan makes the drive up to NJ Beer Co as Ryan from Off Script Brewing was in town working with them on an exciting new beer. Sean of TheDraftRoomNYC joins the podcast as well to talk about their own upcoming collab with NJ Beer Co and how they connected with Off Script.

Ryan from Off Script Brewing tells his story about how he got into beer, the hype surrounding his recent offerings, and how he'll be brewing on a much larger scale soon where everyone will be able to get their hands on his beer.

Paul from NJ Beer Co talks about the collabs with both Off Script and The Draft Room as well as the last beers that have been coming out of the brewery - some of which are getting monster scores on Untappd. He talks about the shift to making hop saturated beers and how the brewery is appealing to all levels of craft beer fans.

Later Chase from Top Beer Drops joins the podcast and talks about the top ten beer rated new beers in the country according to Untappd - a list which includes Off Script.

In this episode, Dan heads down to Bradley Beach, NJ and visits the soon-to-be future home of Erratic Fermentations. He sits down with Mike and Danny of Erratic and gets to try three of the beers that will be on draft for their grand opening on Saturday April 4th, 2026. Dan reminisces to the first time they joined the podcast and the beers they were making back then - including one that will be on draft for their opening. They talk about the space itself and how their professional backgrounds helped to shape the physical image of the brewery. Mike and Danny also talk about the rest of the Grand Opening taplist including two collabs that will be available.

Later in the episode, Joey of HeatMiserBrews talks about his March Madness bracket that has now reached the finals. He talks about how he picked the round of 64 and about some of the breweries that people should keep an eye out for when it comes to IPAs.

Dan visits Autodidact ahead of their 3rd anniversary. He talks to the Rons about the past three years, their favorite moments and beers, and how they got to where they are. They also look ahead to their anniversary and talk about two of their anniversary releases - collabs with Requiem and Obercreek.

Matt - one of the beertenders also joins Dan along with two members of the Autodidact community - Victor and Ozzy. They talk about the beer community and the friendships that have formed through craft beer.
