Ryan Hennelly has been teaching the L.E.A.D. program in Eatontown, NJ for several years, and has helped bring the community a L.E.A.D. Fest event. Ryan also serves as a L.E.A.D. Master Trainer that educates future L.E.A.D. Officers.

Detective Lieutenant Jimmy Teehan is a 25 year Law Enforcement veteran who is the head of the Community Policing Division of the Paramus, NJ Police Department. Jimmy is also a former L.E.A.D. Instructor of the Year.

Jayme Higgins of the Howell, NJ Police Department was the 2021 LEAD Instructor of the Year.

Keith Stopera is a LEAD Instructor from Manasquan, NJ who has taught L.E.A.D. in the local elementary school for several years.

Karen Eggleston-Negron is coming to us from Collier County, Florida, who teaches the L.E.A.D. curriculum to fifth-grade students in two elementary schools.

Joe Sitty is a police officer who teaches the L.E.A.D. curriculum to roughly 500 sixth-grade students in North Bergen, NJ

Kim Lay is a LEAD instructor from the Anderson County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee. She teaches the LEAD curriculum at two schools in her county. They also hold a summer camp to reinforce what they learned in school.

Sean Beamon is a police officer in Ramsey, NJ. He spends January through May with community engagement and teaching 4th graders in Ramsey the L.E.A.D. program. The rest of the year he is a patrol officer in Ramsey.
