      • Level 2 (Conflict Mode): Dominated by anger and blame, serving as protective reactions.
      • Level 3 (Responsibility Mode): A shift towards personal power and taking responsibility for personal healing. Curious.
      • Level 4 (Concern for Self): Focused on self-care and building compassion and esteem.
      • Level 5 (Reconciliation of Self): Embracing change, finding peace, confidence and accepting the past.
      • Level 6 (Connectedness): Creating a life filled with gratitude and possibility, recognizing personal growth.
