topic

love that you guys are exploring this topic. adhd/autism/odd is so under represented in women and it really all does start with awareness and self exploration. a few of my friends of mine and I are also exploring the link between undiagnosed ADHD or autism (PDA) combined with trauma causing bpd too. Medication really can be so helpful and knowing that the cause of overwhelm is ADHD too.
