This week the guys discuss the current culture of sports gambling; who's getting hooked and who's ultimately winning. Looking back at their own experience, they share some tough life lessons, some amazing and lucky big wins and of course a couple entertaining stories including an interesting (and frigid!) solution to a bad night on the pool tables. Later in the show, Terry laments about the Cubs world series chances and of course Ems disagrees while Dan tries unsuccessfully to find middle ground! Lastly, Linden B. Johnson makes an appearance as does the Chicago River.......and while hard to believe, this episode is "brain freeze" free!

The boys go a little deeper this week as they set out to engage in a conversation about the role that faith plays in each of their lives. Most people say, "don't talk about politics and religion" but that's exactly why the guys lean into this discussion! Ems shares his views on Christianity, salvation, his "Christianity BS meter(!), and what it takes to get to heaven. They even discuss where Terry might be going....or not! Then Terry and Dan chime in with their views and questions. But it's not all serious, as they recount their early recollections of going to church (or pretending to go to church), and the horrors of watching your dad, who can't sing, lead worship. Ems is still horrified. As always, the 360 segment brings us some rants, some raves and yet another brain freeze.

This week the guys look back at their upbringings and reminisce about what could have been! Along the lines of creativity, Ems tries a new intro (kind of!), Danny shares his early years "on the big stage" and Terry wishes that he didn't give a crap what others thought! The guys also recall how they initially met. In one case an 8th grade "kegger" might have been involved! Aside from going back in time, they discuss the role that creativity has played in their lives as they get older. You might say, that they "can't get enough" of "staying inside the lines" and viewing the world through "a different lens"??? All that and one of the guys has an epic senior moment.....again, and surely won't be the last!

In the inaugural episode of Season 2, the boys talk about their distain for travel, the horrific Chicago sports teams of their formative years and Terry, The Grand Pooba takes them on a journey to "the good old days".

Our guys discuss everything from their Saturday morning rituals, choice of breakfast cereals, cartoons, favorite night time TV shows, how important their bikes were, Frank Morgan Dance lessons and early musical influences.

In high school, if it weren't for Terry working the phones before 5pm, checking in on his social network to find out what party the boys would likely have stayed home of Friday night, having no idea what high school high-jinx they'd be missing out on.

In this episode, they reminisce about their high school "pre-football training camping trip"...what were they thinking attempting to be manly and chew tobacco....hint: they were not manly! They also discussed their trip to IL to plan for the upcoming season, and what would a show be without a brain freeze.....this time it’s Ems! And …..Fols tries to take credit for an anonymous quote but the guys won't have any of that! Lastly, listen for the introduction of their "Ordinary Heroes Project" for Season 2.

In their inaugural season finale the boys share their podcast origin story. While the audience grows, our three best friends take notice that their wives and most of their offspring(!) have yet to buy in!

They discuss some fears and trepidations going into this adventure, what surprised them and they pull back the curtain on the issues they overcame. Also, they share what they learned from season one and their hopes for season two (yes, we can all look forward to news about when they drop Season Two, Episode 1).

Our guys cover a lot of ground in this episode but after a rocky start in their opening, Jim's recent visit to Wrigley reminds him of an embarrassing moment from his past.

The boys tee up entertaining topics including how to avoid getting eating by a lion(?), supernatural experiences, and they reminisce about the various games they made up in their youth including, sock ball, stall ball and MCAA basketball.
