This a great resource if you want a detailed plan for running your team! I love the section on emergency protocols and safety measures, which was lacking in other coaching books I have listened to. I also found the author's tone enjoyable and informative. It was a perfect balance. I will be listening to it again!

Very good guide

I think the author made some great points in this book. He spoke of planning for the season and practices. Then how to coach different sides of the ball. And how to approach game day. Great insight on how to connect with players and get the best from them.

Great football coaching book

This audiobook is a complete resource if you are a coach looking to build a strong youth football team. It systematically deals with the topic. It discusses the fundamentals of football, practice planning, common drills for offense, defense and special teams and how to coach them, how to prepare for the season and what to do at the end of the season, etc. The section I liked the most was the ten qualities of an elite youth. It was inspiring. Definitely recommend listening to it if you are a football coach trying to build a winning team.
