The story was ok. The male presenter; however, drove me crazy with is droning voice. Did not care for his presentation of the character.

Pretty good

The story was good. It kept my attention. It was pretty predictable but had a good twist ending. I did not like the male narrator at all. I enjoyed Ash’s voice through the lady’s narration much better.

Stylish

Cool, intriguing, strong female lead who isn’t dumb. I’m loading up on more from this author

TWISTED step-SISTER

Clever, creative, interesting and MESSED UP. It’s pretty clear where this story is headed early on, but it’s suspenseful enough to hold your attention.
The only issues I have with this one are the ending 😭 😡, and the female narrators; their pitches are too similar to one another and it’s obvious they’re reading. 👏 to Alex Wyndham; I could listen to him all day!

Predictable

Story was predictable. Ending slightly interesting but left me feeling blah. Well written but could see where it was heading. Characters were pretty flat.

Boring and terrible narration

I could not wait for this book to end. Narration was horrible and dialogue forced and predictable. Not one character is likable. Pass.

Save your credit

I never write reviews, however, this book was so terrible, I was compelled to share. The story was predictable, the characters uninteresting and not likable, the narration robot like. It was as if the narrator had never read the book before and EVERYTHING needed to be stressed. Most of the book it seem as though you were being shouted at. Very disturbing. I had read others' reviews before downloading. I was hooked by the "interesting twist at the ending" one reviewer spoke of. Yes, there is a twist, but it's quite lame. Don't be sucked in.

You’re not writing the next great American novel so know your readers. We read these for entertainment value and crave the obligatory happy ending! And ALL these people are dying and disappearing and no one sees the common link?? Not believable. In my humble opinion, tried to hard to be “GONE GIRL” and missed the mark by a great distance.
