I love the flow of this book. There are too many nuggets of great information to list here. I finished the book with a new set of personal goals. Taking a second before responding and being a good listener are my two top goals now. Thank you Christine!

Practical practice is the best way to describe it

This was another good listen from Harry, liked the structure and how each section was broken down to have the reader/listener utilize the information and dig deeper to see how it can be applied to whatever the situation may be.

Read the book years ago. Found the audio book a great refresher.
