I really like that the author reads the book, as it adds authenticity. His passion makes it not as dry as other books in the same catagory. It's definitely one that needs to be listened to more than once, with note taking and practice!

I'm one who struggles with communication and I thought this book would help. there is so much GOLD in here!! There's so many tools and scenarios he includes to help it sink in and I've got to say I'll need to listen again and this time take notes.
