Wonderfull Read

I've always enjoyed Diana Palmer and this book really does prove what a great writer she is.
I like the way her female characters are strong willed. Definetly worth a credit.

Very preachy

The story was good, the performance was good, but the religious aspect was a bit too much at times.

Great author.

The reader did a great job reading. They used good different voices for different people's dialogue.

enjoyed very much h. want to try some of her other books. several look interesting.

A really good old fashion romance.

As with any Palmer story, you can expect strong characters, interesting storylines any lots of angst. This one had lots of sexual tension also. She covered a very real, sad tale of what our military hero’s have to deal with once back home. It was done with an overall terrific story. I hope every injured military personnel can find their own Bodie.

I like the series, I didn't like this book.

The main female really should have been checked out for Stockholm syndrome. Will probably listen to the next and hope for better.

What a Treat

Ok, this story really rocked me, and I don't know if it was the fantastic telling of the story, or the characters in the story or that sexy, mouth watering, heat in your pants Phil Gigante narrating, needless to say I listened to this story twice.
Cane Kirk is a Veteran, who has lost part of his arm, and has been rejected by a couple of females because they "didn't want to get involved with a cripple." This has made him surly, rude, and angry. He frequently ties one and goes on a rampage and the only one who he responds to is Bodie. Well Bodie has issues of her own and when she asks Cane for monetary help he takes it wrong, and goes off on her, leading her to do the only thing she can to save her family.

Don't miss out on this one it was really good, and especially with Phil narrating and Natalie Ross producing. This is one hot couple that can really tell a tale. This two did the last 3 books in the Fever series, by Karen Moning. They really bought the books alive.

LOVE THIS STORY LOVE THE CHARACTERS.

The best in this series! I fell in love with Bodie and Cane. Laugh and cry each time I listen.

Why?

Good story line & narrator. It could have been a more sensitive, heart wrenching story without the "over the top" sex scenes. It certainly did not enhance the story one bit. I like westerns and western romances without peeking under someone elses sheets. I want my money back.
