I have enjoyed all of these books
I like the reader people are complaining that the reader doesn't do the Maine accent very well it doesn't bother me I like the story If I was reading the book I would not do the accent and the story's are all so good

really good
the series is really good.....the stories are great. however, the main character, Jacobia, I highly unlikable. flat personality, kind of bitchy and really needs to get over her ex husband.
plus as a carpenter with 30 years experience, the ho e repair portions of the book are torture to listen to. but I will continue to listen.

I wish she would get a backbone with the ex-husban
Great mysteries and stellar performance by narrator. I just can't stand how she continues to let her ex walk all over her in the pretense of being civil for their son. Even he stands up to him more than she does and she talks big in her head, but never says it out loud to his face. Gets old after 4 or 5 books.

Surprise!
I’m usually pretty good at figuring things out, but this one surprised me! Great storytelling, an exciting mystery and fabulous narration makes this installment of this entertaining series one of my favorites!

Good storyline
I enjoyed the storyline, it but had a difficult time of trying to keep all the characters apart. I almost felt like I needed to go back and take some notes.

very interesting
you never know how long it is going to take them to solve the problem which keeps you listening cuz you have to find out what's going to happen next! can't wait to listen to the next one!

Question
What happened to the town brat? I doubt she stopped her shenanigans. I have been wondering for the last few books. I love this series!
