Excellent tips for freelancers and entrepreneurs

I am a starting freelancer and entrepreneur and found all I needed to start off.
The 23 productivity tips are an excellent bonus in this book. I selected a few of them and will use them from today. Some have surprised me like removing certain distractions from my workplace or planning tomorrow today.
I wouldn't expect there are 37 freelancing webpages. So far, I knew only a few. Some seem to be very promising, and I will definitely try them both as a freelancer providing services and as an online entrepreneur to find VA's and web page developers.
I found the mistakes I did in the past in the section avoiding pitfalls and certain clients.
As an entrepreneur, I am struggling without any tangible results. Chapter 9 not only showed many great opportunities but inspired me to search for one specific service niche, which I need to investigate further. This time, I will go through the 10-step process, as outlined in the book, to prevent my past mistakes.
The financial and tax advice is what I needed, as I am not a finance person.
Thank you, Dana, this book came at the right time to me. It was written for the Coronavirus crisis that is very hard for me.
Regarding the narrator, Sandra has a very engaging and encouraging style and a very clear articulation (I am not a native English speaker).
