Nothing has changed over the years. I still want Taylor Nightshadow more than my next breath. I’m acutely aware of how much I missed her now that she’s back. How much I’ve pined for her. How much I wish she could stay. I want her to be mine. There are a couple of big reasons why that will never happen. For one, she can never take a mate. Taylor would be put to death. I can’t have that. Can’t see her hurt. Secondly, my best friend Memphis is in love with her even if he won’t admit it to himself. I’m not sure I can watch her walk away. I most definitely couldn’t watch him take her as a mate either. It seems that every option is flawed. I have to fight my feelings, or this is going to end in disaster.

Lone Wolf is a standalone shifter romance. There are three love interests, so expect high steam levels and language that will make you blush!

I'm Shocked.... In a good way!!

This is my first read from this particular genre and I have to say I think I'm hooked! I was not prepared to fall in love with Connor or Memphis but I am deeply in love with them! Both of them.. Just like her!! I liked her from the first page and I'm so happy because she carried this book and could have carried it on her own but the men were a delicious extra treat! I've downloaded two more from this genre and I've been disappointed with one already and that's only one chapter in so I feel like this might be a rare Jewel and I wish it would have never ended!!

Confusing

There are several scenarios in this book that were confusing or didn’t make sense. I’m glad that not everyone was okay with sharing. The child issue didn’t make sense to me; the treatment of one who is different didn’t make sense to me; but then again, this happens in real life. Narrators did a great job; love Tor’s narration; his private thoughts for Memphis and Connor were so funny at times.
