Magic is a gift. A pretty miraculous one, in my opinion. It also comes with responsibilities—things like protecting the town that made this possible. Sadly, that means my last battle with the evil coven may have caused a tiny little problem.

Great ending to the series

Everything autumn hadley writes is great. Characters and world building is spot on and always a fun time.

what a good story, romance, action, and suspense. all well narrated with a dynamic cast. loved the ending.

Enjoyed this book, with a few exceptions

I really enjoyed this book, The only thing I didn't love aside from the kissy sounds occasionally is the emphasis on race and sexual orientation. I mean seriously amid all the crap that they are dealing with danger wise they're really worried about maybe misgendering a wild thing?? None of the social justice stuff that was added in enhanced the story so putting it all in there was kind of pointless. That's the only reason I have the story 3 stars instead of 5...The characters especially the men and the wildlife were awesome especially the skunks and Lupe!

Excellent Ending.

I love the story. The voice acting is wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was some of the random noises. “He kissed me” and then there would be a kissing noise which I found distracting. But I loved the multi voices of the trees.
