Meanwhile, Harry is conducting her own investigation, unaware her pets are one step ahead of her. If only Mrs. Murphy could alert her somehow, Harry could uncover the culprit before the murder occurs - and before Harry finds herself on the killer's mailing list.

Bad language

I was all set to listen to the whole series. I hate the f word, so will not continue to listen. The story is great. Why use horrible language?

Fluff Mystery

What did you like best about Wish You Were Here? What did you like least?

This book is easy to listen so if one is distracted for a moment, one doesn't lose the plot.However, thinking and talking animals are not my thing.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Kate Forbes?

Narration was decent.

Cute story

Rita Mae Brown narrating would have made this book even better. No disrespect to the reader but RMB is really all that. This book is a great introduction to a lovely series.

The bond between the animals.I enjoy the characters and their plans....

The story moved along with a good plot. The dialogue kept everything in a good place. The book is a continuous of characters I enjoy.

Wonderful Cozy Mystery with protagonist over the age of 20

This was a fantastic listen . The story was engaging and even quite poignant at times. I loved hearing all of the scandals that went around Crozet and meeting all of the characters - each with their own distinct voice in the story. Mrs. Murphy and Tucker stole the show, of course, and I loved the asides with them talking to each other and trying to get Harry to listen. I also loved loved LOVED that Harry was in her early 30s and not younger, so refreshing!
