Playful and creative solid story telling!

Terry Pratchett’s writing translates well to audiobooks and the readers do an excellent job. These stories stand alone even though they are a series.

Brilliant Reading of a Brilliant Book

Indira and Steven breathe so much life into these sensational characters. I absolutely adore the new recordings of the Discworld novels; the consistency in production and narrators helps the stories sing.

This book is delightful. Seeing Tiffany struggle as she comes of age and further into her power is an important part of her journey. And the ruminations on what makes a human are purely Pratchett.

the greatest reader on earth

bless Indra Varma and Terry and I love this even more than howl's moving castle read by Jenny Stirling and I never dreamed anything could exceed that.

great characters and humor

This book is a wonderful escape from reality; great accents by the narrators. I listen to those story every year, just to experience it again.

Better than the Briggs version

This is a pleasure. The performance is wonderful. I like the Briggs version well enough. But it left me wanting a better version. Here it is.

Incredible voice acting

I particularly liked this part of the Tiffany Aching series, but I mostly write this review to sing the praises of the excellent voice actor who voices most of the characters as well as the narrator. Outstanding performance.

funny and true

I think this is supposed to be a YA book. Fine, read it when you are 13. But then read it again when you are 30, and again at 60. That's how you get at all the jokes and all the truths.

Oh, but this is an audible book, so I will add that the production is terrific. The main narrator really gets how a Pratchett book should be read, and the added character voices are perfect
