True to Pete Carroll's form this is one of the best books on unveiling how to become a great leader and where to start that I've ever read. Truly a superb read and for me an enormously interesting page turner. Thank you, Pete! I feel like we are friends.

Winning Is More than being a Champion

How does a man remain on top after suffering one of the most disappointing upsets in the Super Bowl? Win Forever was written during the transitional time between USC and the Seahawks. Pete Carroll had already applied a purpose to his life that made himself and others he could influence their own competitors. He would be the best he could be with joy and excitement.

Whether an athlete or coach, business executive or laborer, military officer or enlisted, Win Forever can inspire a man to set and achieve personal goals. Carroll does this with personal anecdotes of successes and failures in his own life.

Autobiographical book, that want to inspire

A lot of anecdots, and specific staff, that I have no idea about ( UFC, some special footbal terms, etc.), but for footbal guy, this book was brilliant, and general ideas and approaches are readable and understandable.

Pete Carol's Winning Secret

A great book on how to live your life. Practical advice on how to create a winning team a the life of a winner. The secret on how the Seahawks are a winner and evidence to expect.a lot in the future.

I really enjoyed this especially because we see how this philosophy is executed with the Seattle Seahawks every day. His two Super Bowl appearances prove it works.

Fuel

If you're not looking for ways to inspire yourself, no book ever will. But if you have, this book is inspiring. Gasoline, without an engine, only dries up. This book is gasoline. Unleaded. Probably regular, something in the sub-90 octane range. But fuel.
