Cute book but frustrating

Ugh! The most frustrating thing about this book is how it ends! If you don’t like cliffhangers don’t listen to this book on here. Since the next two are available on Audible. Otherwise this book is cute, and a great short listen!

abrupt ending

Story is predictable, but likeable enough. However, once you get invested, it is rushed and ends abruptly.

This was an absolute barrel of laughs -
The great narration brought the characters and their Southern charm to life
Shelby was a blast, though her bestie was even more entertaining
Everything you expect from a small-town second-chance romance
All the charm
All the humor
And the HEA

Light hearted and funny

Easy listen, cute and fun makes you want to listen to the whole series. Worth listening!

Cute small town romance. Short read. I’m looking forward to the next in the series. Going to put her in my TBR pile for sure!

Absolutely loved Erica’s performance! I’m already looking for other books she’s narrating! I hope she is able to do more of Winter’s upcoming books! ENCORE!!

Awful Female Narrator

For a short story it lagged. There wasn't much to grab or hold my attention. This disinterest was compounded by a monitored delivery with a bad southern accent. 😕 Couldn't finish the book. Times to short. If this author comes up in Plus category again I'll try another "free" book but I won't seek out any for $$. sorry, sometimes a narrator can make or break the book. this time it was the later.

This started out as a cute rom com but abruptly ended. No sequel in audible.
