Wild Boys: Jackson

The narration for this audio was great. His voice is smooth and sexy and fits the story exceptionally.

Jackson & Laney have been friends since childhood, their sexual relationship has been going on just as long, but they aren’t dating. They each turn to each other constantly but neither will commit to the other. That is until Laneys boyfriend proposes to her and they both realize that they have been denying the truth to themselves too long. I Love the book, and I love the series!!!!

Wild For Sure!!

Jackson and his brother Cooper owed a photographer Studio in NYC. They came in contact everyday with beautiful women everyday and they took advantage of it sexually. Jackson and his best friend Erica, called Laney, had been having sex since high school. She always ran to Jackson when she had troubles. Her current boyfriend had asked her to marry him and he knew about Jackson. Jackson and Laney went on a camping trip for her birthday together. The heat between them was electric! The hottest I have ever encountered. The narrator was over the top hot! Great job Melissa and Paul!

Steamy Jackson

Audiobook Review..If you have not listened to Paul Woodson as a narrator you are missing out. Give Paul the amazing words of Melissa Foster and you have a story that you will not be able to turn off. The character of Jackson is all Alpha Male. Paul is able to use his voice to not only show how alpha he is but also how loving, sweet, and caring he is. I cannot imagine it is easy to read a book with so much emotion, with male and female characters, and with so much heat. But this narrator is absolutely amazing. If you love audiobooks or if this is your first audiobook I recommend jumping in and listening immediately.


eBook Review…When your best friend is of the opposite sex things can get messy. Jackson and Erica are all friends with benefits and are all good with that until that is put on the line. When Erica gets engaged it would mean that their arrangement would end. They could stay friends but no more benefits. This throws Jackson off. He believes that he is not marriage material. He doesn’t want to commit to anyone, but he isn’t wanting Erica to commit either.

I found it interesting that feelings can come to the surface when push comes to shove. I believe these two would have continued as they were if Erica did not unintentionally give Jackson a push. It was tough to watch him struggle and see their friendship struggle and almost fall apart. I was praying for a happy ending for these two.

If you are familiar with Melissa Foster you have an idea what to expect. Beware that this series is a little hotter and a little sexier. Things are more graphic and the men steamier. I have said that I am in lust with the men in this series.

Good book

This was a short book with the friends to lovers theme that was a pretty good book. Jackson and Erica have been friends since high school, even friends with benefits and have finally realized their feelings for each other. My only issue with this book is that the revelation came on their annual camping trip after Laney (Erica)'s birthday after her boyfriend had proposed to her. The big issue for me is that her boyfriend was aware of her relationship with Jackson, even the friends with benefits aspect of her relationship with him. The pair did have chemistry together and I liked to return of the characters from the previous books. The narration by Mr. Woodson was performed well making it an enjoyable listening experience.

This is the 3rd audiobook in the Wild Boys after Dark series. They can all be stand alone. Very hot and steamy series. Jackson Wild and Erica Lane aka Laney have been friends since high school. They have had a friends with benefits relationship. That has worked perfectly until Laney gets proposed to. This book is a perfect example of you dont know what you got til its gone!! Great job Melissa Foster on another great book. Paul Woodson did a great job with narration.

Holy Hotness!

I've read Jackson previously and loved him so much I decided to get the audio version as well. No regrets whatsoever. Paul Woodson does an amazing job at bringing these characters and their super sexy scenes to life! I'm so impressed with his ability to relay the character's emotions so clearly.

Oh, and chapter 5...whoa! Totally my favorite scene!

Hot and Steamy, Friends to Lovers Romance!

This third addition to the Wild Boys After Dark is a hot, friends to lovers romance. Jackson and Laney are close friends with smoking hot benefits, no strings and no relationships. But Laney does have a sweet man, Bryce, who she dates. When Bryce proposes before Laney leaves with Jackson on their annual camping trip, it changes everything. I really enjoyed Jackson and Laney's reflection on their history while out in the wild. You can feel their strong connection, explosive chemistry, and their love making is so passionate. But the proposal hangs heavy over them both, and this crossroads could change everything.
I enjoyed Paul Woodson's narration. His voice is smooth yet expressive, setting each scene beautifully, and bringing these characters to life, making this quick listen, totally captivating.

A hot, hot story!

I listened to the audio version of this book. This was a pretty short, very hot book. I was going to say it was a friends to lovers trope, but Erica (Laney) and Jackson were already lovers. They had been for some time whenever one of them needed it. It was a strange relationship. It was made even stranger by the fact that Laney was dating someone else and he had just proposed even knowing Laney's relationship with Jackson. He was apparently okay with the woman he was dating sleeping with someone else while he was also sleeping with her. If you can get past that, it's simply a hot, hot story in which Laney and Jackson were great together
My favorite part of the book was the part where Jackson was looking downstream for their clothes wearing only socks and boots. It created quite a picture in my mind.

Love this series!

Melissa Foster does it again! I love Jackson and Laney's Story! Best friends with benefits to romance and love! I just love the Wild Boys! Looking forward to reading Coopers story! Love listening to books on audio!
