Steamed up my glasses faster than wearing a mask

The Wicked Horse Vegas series is turning out to be one of my favorites. Often books in this genre are all sex and no dialog, but not this series. It has depth and quality development.

Enter Declan, you've met him before in other Wicked Horse books, hes the playboy billionaire of the Blackwood hotel fame, and nightmare to work for. Enter Bailey a housekeeper in the hotel hired to clean Declan's suite.

What unfolds next is a working relationship made of nightmares, or sweet dreams?
Sexual tension is explosive between these two, and Delcan's headstrong domineering ways tip the scales between these two.
That's all i'll say about the story because I don't want to detail any spoilers, but its a good story and you'll enjoy it.

The Narrators are Kirsten Leigh and Lance Greenfield do an outstanding job, and it lends well to the story with their great performance.

If you've wanting to start a new series I cannot recommend Wicked Horse Vegas series enough.

Holy Hotness!!!

This book is definitely NSFW!! Whew...the heat is off.the.charts! I must confess that I did not much care for Declan in prior books...and he is a misogynistic @ss at the beginning of this story...then he grew on me! Bailey, on the other hand, is my hero! The woman knows how to stand up for herself! In spite of being betrayed by her ex husband, Bailey allows herself the freedom to feel again. Declan became a good guy in my eyes when he stood up for Bailey...woohoo! Can the heir to a hotel empire really fall for the lowly housekeeping woman? I floved this story and definitely recommend whether or not you’ve read/listened to earlier books in the series.

I think I need a cigarette after listening to this!

Holy Smokes! I almost had to pull out a cigarette after listening to this book! It is steamy and just plain Hot Hot Hot! Phew! (Swipes forehead). That Declan! He doesn’t know whether he is coming or going in dealing with Bailey. It’s great visualizing him doubting, second guessing and resisting her. Seeing all he had to go through was simply wonderful. Bailey is all sassiness and stunning. Her ideals and ethics are worth reading this for. The way she showed Declan about their differences and how the “real world” is was amazing. Each of these characters enter Into an agreement expecting one thing but getting something else all together. They face adversaries and seeing them come out the other side so different was great!

I did listen to this on audio. Lance Greenfield and Kirsten Leigh we’re both outstanding. They really took the story to a higher level.

Entertaining and steamy

This is Declan Blackwood and Bailey Robbins’s story and is the eighth book in the Wicked Horse, Vegas series. It was smoking hot, deliciously steamy and romantic; l was totally invested from the first to the last page in the story that Ms. Bennett wove.  

Declan and Bailey come from totally opposite worlds and yet there is something about Bailey that calls to Declan and he wants to show her how good it can be between them. Bailey is focused on surviving, trying to look after her disabled parents, working multiple jobs, she has no time to play or enjoy herself.

This book was well written, emotional and steamy as Declan and Bailey cannot deny the chemistry that sizzles between them. I loved Declan and Bailey, both separately and especially together. Bailey is a fantastic character, she is strong, determined, never giving up even when circumstances threaten to overwhelm her. Declan is used to getting what or who he wants, when he wants and doesn’t take no for an answer so it was interesting to watch the push and pull of their relationship.

Wicked Billionaire has all the heat and passion that we have come to expect from this series. The narration by Lance Greenfield and Kirsten Leigh enhanced my enjoyment of the story and added another layer to the story.

More Declan please

Declan Blackwood is a brilliant man who is rich but not because of his parents. He has worked extremely hard to make it and his desires are of those who can handle him on many levels.

Bailey Roberts is a hard worker. Her life during marriage was one that some would question but she was happy. Her life was filled with joy until things took a turn for the worse but meeting Declan has changed her life.

The road mapped out for them makes Declan really think about his life and what he wants in it. His desire to be grounded is becoming clearer and clearer the more he spends time with Bailey. Bailey pulls something out in him that he can’t let go. She’s strong, determined and willing to go the mile with and for him.

This story has all the heat, fantasy’s and pull you want. The narrators did an outstanding job leaving you wanting more.
