This book helped me begin the practice of loving myself in every choice I make. Among the many books on growth and self-love I’ve read, this memoir-style one reads like a breath of fresh air. A Safe Place to Reflect & Evaluate

I enjoyed listening to the author himself via the Audiobook! Through his reflections, I noticed myself reflecting on my own life. Faolan’s story is empowering and extremely well written. I especially enjoyed his poetry throughout the book, as well as quotes from his journal. His vulnerable stories allowed me to become more vulnerable with myself and more truthfully reflect on my own life. I am eager to read more stories by Faolan in the future.
