I don’t get the hype

There’s 6 hours left and I don’t think I can stomach them.. I’m sorry it’s just too immature and irrational. You know those stories that are so far fetched but you get drawn in to where it’s believable yeah this isn’t one of those.. plus it shows she has no self worth.. he dropped her then she sees him with another chick and basically blocks her from his life but year she runs into his house calling him wanting to tell him his differences don’t matter to her.. it makes me mad that the author would let her FMC have so little worth in her own eyes.. you shouldn’t have to convince a guy you’re worth it.. that’s as far as I got in the book and honestly don’t care if they redeem themselves at this point they are 14 not 19-21

Do not get!

This was one of the worst books I think I have ever had. There is no plot of the book until about half way through, and even then there are all these side stories that do not matter to the plot. The author should have rounded out the characters more because they are not appealing at all. Adam should have been more aware of who he was this entire book because we do not understand anything as the reader until the end of the plot happening. Like, come on. I am all for the character not realizing who he was but did it really have to take so god damn long to figure it out?
I am going to read book two just to see if there is anything redeeming in this series but I honestly have no hope with how this Author has set up the story so far.
Also be aware if you cannot listen to hard ch and sh sounds because the reader needs more training on how to make a good audio experience. Not really judging her as the quality should have been assessed and redone at the will of the producers.
