Wow! Totally eye-opening!

I am a seasoned professional with in the real estate industry and have never been taught the inns and outs of borrowing hard money. This is a terrific book that clearly explains the steps and rules of the game when borrowing hard money. Steve Replin is a terrific teacher and lays out the examples with Excellent stories.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book for anyone who is interested in borrowing hard money or interested in investing in a hard money lending business.
