Can't wait to listen to book 2!!

I listen to a lot of audiobooks and I really enjoyed listening to this narrator! For me, if I don't like a narrator, I can't get on-board with the rest of the book. She actually sounds her characters age too...20 something. Most narrators have really deep, sultry voices that seem closer to middle age than a 20 something-year-old, so it's great to hear the voice matches the character. Overall storyline keeps moving and the main character Clarissa is down to earth, sexy, and kicks some vampire a$$ with the help of some handsome suitors. Can't wait for book 2!!

Excellent Narrating!

I loved listening to this book. The way the narrator brings the characters to life just pulls you into the story wanting more. Hoping there will be another one to follow!

OMG must read!!!

Nicole Zoltack is my new favorite author... Read 'When Vamps Bite' while I was cleaning the house this weekend and it didn't disappoint. If you love fast paced, mystery suspense novels definitely listen to this one. This narrator was easy to listen to. Not overly dramatic, and I really enjoyed her voice ALL day. Can't wait to listen to book 2!

Hooked within 5 minutes!

Hooked within 5 minutes! This vamp thriller had me with well written suspense, vampire drama and a fantastic narrator voice that kept me enthralled every chapter right up until the end.
I can’t wait to purchase more from this author. Thank you!

CSI meets Vampires. Excellent narration!

OK, now this is a story I can get onboard with! Vampires have been done so many times already but THIS book actually hits very close to home and is quite believable that vampires could be lurking in our midst. Narration was excellent and can't wait to listen to book 2!

Attention to detail and common sense lacking

disliked repeated information the writer seemed to forget she already stated. unreasonable police action not following procedures. the narrator sounds like a child

Bites

I honestly couldn't get into this book. The narrator was terrible, she got on my nerves. The book sounded good, got a few good reviews...It was juvenile and redundant. I got about half way through before I gave up.

Awful

This book is ridiculous. The plot is unbelievable, the dialogue is choppy, the characters are flat and downright stupid. A cop is taken off suspension and given the assignment to hunt vampires without a gun? The narrator doesn't help. Her voice is too perky for this kind of book. I didn't bother to finish this book and I won't be getting any additional books in this series.
