I love the story and the characters. It keeps your attention and really keeps your attention.

Thirsty for more

This was such a great story. Really good narration. I found myself telling Rowan what to do at times like it would change the script. lol

Great pro woman character study

There is a slight mystery here, but mostly it's about Eddie and Rowan learning to live an authentic, rich life. Highly recommend!

Incredibly well-written and beautiful story-telling experience at exactly the time I needed it most. A must read for women seeking to feel empowered through agency!

Love the 70’s vibe!

Love the concept.
Didn’t always like the 2021 gal, Rowen. The narrators did a great job, but there were just a few cringy-not-cool moments. I guess we needed the drama? Drama is good, of course, but I didn’t agree with Rowen even though she was proud of herself. Still… I’m happy I went on the journey.☺️

I wasn’t sure in the beginning but once I got to know Eddie and followed Rowan’s growth, I was hooked. What a great message and I look forward to enjoying more of Karma Brown’s books!

Great story Great Narration

Makes me want to listen/read more by this author. Excellent narration. Karissa Vacker is a highlight.

Just ok

The storyline was engaging and unique. I enjoyed reading about the Adirondacks and the camps portrayed in the book. Those things kept me going despite narrators I didn’t care for. Especially the narrator for Eddie; she sounded like she was reading for a documentary, not a novel. It was very distracting. Several commenters said they didn’t like the main character, Rowan, but I’m wondering if part of that was the narration. There were times I felt the inflection was not what the author maybe intended. Overall, an interesting story that I probably would’ve enjoyed more in book form because of the narrators.

The first few chapters were okay but the story of Rowen and Eddie, it was great!! Liked that it touched on what they are doing present sense, but overall it was good!
