I really wanted to love it!!
A bit difficult to get into but there are twists and turns to keep it interesting. However, there are so, so many very short sentences that leave the writing stilted and distracting. The author is ok. Not amazing, not terrible. Perhaps this is in part due to the writing. I’m making myself finish because book 2 has 4.7 stars. Hoping it’s much better!

Interesting
Crazy book this was. I was so lost and confused at first I have to laugh at myself. Very interesting and intense story that had me scratching my head. Awesome book to listen to.
