I loved this book so much! I finished it in 2 days. It was true the show, it gave you thoughts and feelings from Wednesday that you could only see in her face if you heard/read the book because Jenna's stone cold face betrayed none of her thoughts

True to the episodes

What was great about listening to this after watching season 1, are the details I missed because I was distracted visually. Very enjoyable!
I’m hoping season 2 will be offered at its end.

True to the show w/additional insights

I wasn’t ready to be done with the show after season 1, currently waiting for season 2 & decided to listen to this thinking it would probably be decent or ok… I was shocked, it was actually really good lol. They didn’t deviate from the show at all, including a lot of the dialogue, but putting it in book form gave them the opportunity to show and tell us what Wednesday was thinking, there were several great quotes that weren’t in the show & overall it was just really well done. I’m hoping they’ll novelize all subsequent seasons :)

Great afaptation

The book is always better than the movie/show, this is no exception. The reading was great, though it did take a min to get used to the readers voice vs the actors, but once past that you're dropped right back into the show.

narrator and overall story was peak

I have found this novelazation fascinating everything about it is just great and enjoy it even more than the show it's self so if you like the show your definitely going to like this novelazation I hundred percent recommended hopefully they will do the same style for season 2 novelazation

The narrativer herself told the story very good and I enjoyed everything of it. The book was just like how the show Wednesday was shown on Netflix.

Amazing Novelization

The novelization provides amazing background details and inner dialogue that the show didn’t. I recommend this to anyone a fan of the show.
