Dolf de Roos is just a very motivating and inspirational person. I loved that he himself read tha book--you can hear the passion and enthusiasm he has for the concepts that he chooses to share with others

Motivational but lacks actionable strategies.

If you are new to real estate as an investment and not sure it is for you because it is inspirational and teaches why real estate is a great strategy for most people. But if you are already an investor, this lacks usable and actionable strategies to take your investments further.
