Not understanding these differences will place many, many people in financial jeopardy as their years advance. Ask yourself this. Will my retirement years be fun and full of freedom to enjoy life, or a nightmare struggling to survive?
This was the question Robert Kiyosaki faced in 1979 when he came close to financial ruin. Yet by 1990, at the age of 43, Robert was financially able to retire.
In digging myself out of that financial hole I realized that I was focusing too much on making money and not enough on my spending. The reason most people die poor, is not because they did not earn money, it is because they did not know how to spend it. Yet, as Robert says in his recent book If You Want To Be Rich And Happy, Don't Go To School, this is not what our traditional education system teaches us or our children.
Robert teaches mainly adults about business, money, wealth and finding professional satisfaction. If you are ready to begin getting wealthy, and not merely struggle day to day to earn a living, this program may have some new insights for you. If you have children, you may want them to listen to this program so they can start acquiring the habits of wealth early, before learning habits that cause financial hardship and struggle. This is not a get rich quick scheme. It is how to think about money and wealth over a lifetime. It is a thinking process that should be taught in our schools, but isn't.
