A book I will reread again and again

John is an amazing storyteller and has found a way to make the topic apply to everyone. He holds tightly to the Bible and not his own ideas of how life is.

Instills infinite hope

This book is everything I didn’t know I needed. Having personally experienced compounded grief in such a short period of time, John was able to put language to the compounded drama in my heart through his amazing story telling abilities. It not only addressed the obvious grief that comes with death but he went deep into the heart of God and spoke to the frailty of our human experience. Amazing, amazing, work. This is a must read/listen as grief is one thing that connects us all but no matter the circumstances our hope still only comes from Jesus.

The prayers stood out to me the most they were very focused and on time

I like that Pastor J, listen to his wife to not scrap the book. It was very effective and informative. Very clear and concise.

This book is a great read . The book itself, the illustrations and the writing ..all the truths the gems that are dropped will leave you feeling so full and glad you read. Like having a conversation face to face! The author is authentic, honest, and cares!

Y’all know when you literally pick up a book & like a bomb Netflix’s show you stay up and keep reading…this book is a MUST read in 2022! @jawn_o , I still remember our conversation back in March 21 talking about the process. Amazing work, I was encouraged then and I’m yelling from Boca 🗣 I love this!!! . The entire time I felt like I was sitting in front of you as if we were having a another full blown conversation. Times I felt like ..ughh… me too, or my 👀 making a face like welp..that was convicting! raw & real truths and many gems dropped! This left me wanting more.. so can’t wait for the next… 😂 **yes I know this was mentioned in the book 🙃…but for real!
