Story is OK. Bad narration.
This story was OK. The delivery was not great. Going back and forth between LA and Glasgow was an interesting approach. Unfortunately, there were many cultural errors on the LA side and insufficient markers to alert the reader to the change of location in the story. These things may have been amplified by the narrator clearly not attuned to the US, The accents were fine but the voices of several characters were bad making them difficult to listen to. Two narrators,with one being American, would have provided clearer characters, more voice differentiation and prevented some of the vocabulary and pronunciation problems.
