Shandon Loring
Once, Luke Bernali's proud Navajo blood and strong carpenter's hands made genteel Jessie Callahan love him with youthful abandon. But, to his endless regret, Luke faltered and he let Jessie down. Hurt, Jessie left, with a broken heart....and unaware that she was pregnant with Luke's child.
Now, eight years later, Jessie was back - with a darling daughter in tow. Luke was older - and wiser - and determined to recapture the beauty lost. Could a fierce, desperate long-ago love soar anew on the delicate wings of a child?

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend the book, but not the audiobook. The narrator does justice to the male characters, but distorts the female voices so much that it doesn't sound like a female. The narrator also makes it hard to understand what the characters are saying. What was one of the most memorable moments of Walk in Beauty?
It is at the very beginning of the story when Luke discovers he's a father. What didn’t you like about Shandon Loring’s performance?
His female voice were awful and it was sometime hard to understand what he was saying.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No I didn't have a strong reaction to the audiobook. It is a nice story, but I liked the printed version better.Never think you can hide the truth
