I love this book! It’s not hard to read. It’s straight forward and short. I have both, the audio version and the book. I also bought a copy for my girlfriend. hands down, this is the realest book you'll ever find on real estate. It's all common sense and practical. anybody could do it. just get the book!

Best book for Beginners.

I didn’t know a whole lot about real estate investing. Listening to the book was like having a coach and being given a game plan. It will not be easy, it will not come over night. The work required for success as a career is tremendous but could be highly rewarding. It could also cost you an arm and a leg to get wrong. I found Toms book far more informative and useful the The Art of the Deal. You do not even have to have a job or money to make money in real estate if you’re savvy. Work hard. Put in the time and catch a break here and there. All you need it a car, a phone, laptop, notepad and pen, time, hard work ethic, and a good attitude.

Tom is the real deal.

Even though I have been in the mortgage business for nearly 30 years I still learned alot from Tom. He is humble and sincere. I highly recommend his book.

Easy and simple

this is by far the easiest and simplest real estate book I've gotten. it also shows how to get started for anybody from any walks of life. get it if your interested in real estate. you'll be glad you did

Easy Read - No Fluff

This was a great book. I own both the book and audible. It is nice to listen to a person that occasionally breaks away from the text to tell a relatable story. I laughed out loud when Tom spoke of the story about the lady, dress, and 2 sodas.
