The second part guides you through the eyes-closed visualization. In the first part, you get deeply relaxed and explore the meaning your illness has for you, your feelings about it, and the most effective images to use for curing your illness. In the second part, you work with both literal and symbolic images, reinforce the action of any medication, and forecast a full recovery from your disease.
