Came for the romance stayed for the action!

This book kept me on my toes from the beginning. Stephanie and Bennett finding each other again and both becoming who they're meant to be and to be with. I particularly loved that fact that she was able to use her abilities to truly help others who were just trying to survive.

Bennett...poor Bennett. You definitely understood why he was the way he was because of his past. It was heartbreaking when he talked about how he lost half of his family within a short period of time and how he lost them.

The chemistry and action is this book will be definitely keep you captivated.

Bennett and Stephanie

This review is for the audiobook. As a veterinarian, Stephanie has dealt with many injured animals, but she has never treated a wolf that suddenly changed into a man. That man turned out to be her high school sweetheart, Bennett. Now a whole new world is opening up to her. A world of shifters who are at war with a criminal faction among their kind. The attraction and chemistry between Bennett and Stephanie are still strong despite the years apart. This is an intense story with plenty of steam and, best of all, a fantastic happy ending. Excellent book!.

Entertaining

Meg Ripley has not disappointed me with her writing yet. This book was good as always. Creative plot, storyline, and characters make for a few hours of reading enjoyment, and this narrator is easy to listen to.

Bennett and Stephanie

Bennett and Stephanie’s story is a second chance love. Their journey of misunderstandings and past choices is sweet and romantic. It is a great addition to this series and I love the world Meg Ripley has created with these characters.
