Where does Vampires Don't Sparkle rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Vampires Don't Sparkle ranks right up there at the top with No Such Thing As Werewolves and No Mere Zombie. The stories are full of gripping adventure, and Ryan Kennard Burke does an amazing job with all the voices.

What did you like best about this story?

I love how Chris Fox steps outside the box to combine things like mythological gods with werewolves, zombies, and vampires, and does so in a way that involves science!

Which scene was your favorite?

The "Previously on Deathless" as read by Ryan Kennard Burke had me cracking up! "Pew, pew, rawr, rawr, etc." I was dying of laughter!

Any additional comments?

Vampires Don't Sparkle is a fantastic third book in the Deathless series. Chris Fox has created an amazing world, weaving together so many different elements into a cohesive story. Can't wait to read more!

Perfection in book form!

This sorry was amazing just because how smooth the story was and also how action packed it all was! I am for sure looking forward to the great pack! Also the new book is on its way. Finally I recommend this book to anyone that is into history the supernatural and post apocalyptic stories!

A great end to the Drathless books. I love the imagery and use of ancient culture and lore weaved together with supernatural fantasy.

Great Series!

I've really enjoyed this series + the short prequel book. A super fun romp through known history with liberal interpretations. A roller-coater ride indeed! Lots of action, tons of gore with dash of humor and great "villains". What's not to like?!

I thought the narration by Ryan Kennard Burke was superb. He truly brought the story to "life" - which, to me, is why I purchase a book in audio format. Like all of Chris Fox's books I've read/listened to - there is a fun recap at the beginning (making it easy to catch up to the present story, as there is obviously going to be a year or more in between books).

To satiate my need for the next book(s) in this series; I am picking up the off-shoot "Hero Born" & "Hero Rises"; as these books apparently delve more into the Builders motives.

Anyway, I am not good at writing reviews - others have gone into much more detail and analysis; but in my small contribution - I would very much recommend this series in its' entirety as it's very important to read the books in order to get the "big picture" that the writer is putting forth. Get it and enjoy! These books really are a joyful wild adventure ride!
