OF ALL THE BOOKS I HAVE READ AND LISTENED TO, THIS IS THE BEST BY FAR. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS BOOK TO EVERYBODY. THANK YOU KERRELYN FOR SUCH WONDERFUL WIT. I AM LISTENING TO THIS ONE AGAIN FOR THE FIFTH TIME. FANTASTIC BOOK. PLEASE WRITE MORE LIKE THIS ONE. CHARM, ROMANCE, DESIRE, LOVE, WIT, PULLS AT YOUR HEART STRINGS AND MAKES YOU LAUGH AS WELL. OK....THE FUNNY PARTS WILL MAKE YOU HURT FROM LAUGHING SO HARD. WONDERFUL. THIS BOOK NEEDS A CAUTION LABEL ON IT. "DO NOT EAT, DRINK, OR DRIVE WHILE LISTENING TO THIS AUDIOBOOK. Loved it!

Loved the characters, the story, the setting. First of Kerrelyn Sparks books I have read, but not the last. Added her entire library to my wish list.

good but could have bin better

i just don't think romance was up to par and i wish there was more sexual intensity.

Cute

Hmm Grouchy Scottish vampire and a virgin sort-of fallen angel.. It sounds really really corny but it works. Some laugh-outloud moments as well as touching scenes, the kind Kerrelyn-sensei seems to be good at doing. I have read the series on and off and I seem to have missed reading several books The 2 books I've recently read were fun enough that I will go back and pick up those books.

Love The whole series

I enjoyed this book very much. Actually it brought tears to my eyes several times. I love how the books intertwined and give you information about Romans childhood.

Good Story Not so grate Reader

Would you listen to Vampire Mine again? Why?

Liked the story even though the reader was... Lest put it this was she made Kerrelyn Sparkes kind of bland.

FANTASTIC

Loved it, Loved it, Loved it. This story took me in and kept me wanting more. Another enjoyable audible in the series which brings some other immortal characters to the Love at Stake series. I laughed alot too, and it's always fun when characters from the other series are involved, it's like a mini series.

It was delicious! It left me feeling great! The book was awesomely written. Thank you Ms. Sparks. The narration by Ms. Zackman was awesome too! Her use of her voice was well done.

Story great but narrator......

Would you try another book from Kerrelyn Sparks and/or Gabra Zackman?

I love Kerrelyn Sparks but Gabra Zackman..... never again.

Who was your favorite character and why?

In the ebook version I love Connor and Marielle.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Gabra Zackman?

Coleen Marlo or Donna Rawlins would work well or..... my favorite narrator is Robert Petkoff

Gabra Zackman has a boring voice and it was hard to focus on the story when she spoke. I was disappointed with this narrator.

Performance Could have Been WAY Better

I love the books in this series. This one is no different. I have never really had enough pause to leave a review u til this one. The reader Ms. Zackman gave better fluctuation in her voice and tone when reading through normally than when portraying the characters voices. When doing those, she was over all flat. The Scottish voices always ended at a higher pitch. The overall portrayal was very poor compare to those in the past. At the beginning Merielle screamed NO in anguish and pain. The reader's NO sounded more like someone chastising another person like a Mom getting onto a kid. You lose alot of the impact. Her reading was on point though. Just disappointed in the character portrayals compared to other performers for other books.
