The Crimson Queen!

Cultural and ancestorial identities created many more and thoroughly different vampires. The “Bloods” and the “Beats” continue to wage war throughout the cities of the country. The curious entity was Rancid; who or what was he? The war with the vampires escalated as the vampires organized under the direction of the Crimson Queen. The various stories held my interest and I enjoyed them entirely. The series was not quite what I was expecting but the compilation of stories, authors, and narrators was awesome the way it was all put together. I think the uniqueness of the whole is well worth the high rating.

I didn't read the print version, but I think this kind of story (s) are better when read.

it's a good book

It's a good book, but honestly I was having trouble paying attention to it. Didn't really grab my attention. the voice actors were excellent

I really enjoyed reading this whole series. the stories are written by different author but fit together seamlessly and with tons of character development and a few surprises here and there.

Read It Rate It Thoughts: This is the second set of V-Wars stories that I have listened too and I am fascinated by them. This one particularly delved into the different types of "V's" and that appealed to the history lover in me (great cultural and ethnic tie-ins). The stories are well paced and lace together pretty seamlessly. I think fans of fringe science will particularly like it because there is a lot of little intricacies explored in the types of V's. Also fans of stories like World War Z will love it because of the broad spectrum of little stories all connected. Overall this is quickly becoming a not miss for me.

This is a DO NOT MISS on audio type of performance. Each narrator nailed their parts and worked together really well. I love full-cast recordings because it feels more like an old radio show. This group worked well together and really brought the stories alive.

mostly great.. except

I have binged this series all the way through. I started book one two days ago, and I'm here now. had a great time along the way. been really enjoying the story and the narration but there's one small problem. once the story gets into urban settings, listening to these narrators try to talk like hoodrats, or try to rap is stroke inducingly cringey. beyond that great work ,would recommend.

Great but how does it end?

I can't find a final book to this? when are these stories going to be tied together and finished?

I thought vampires books were all the same then I read this series All I can say is I wish for more
